How to make a buisnees plan, for a company?

I know i wrote something like this before, but how do you make a buisnees plan for a new Company?
Any suggestions or some templates would be nice.

After the Cover & Table of Contents, must follow by
Executive Summary
General Business Description: (includes like: mission,goals, industry, strengths)
Marketing Plan:
(research u make and convinces u that this product or service is needed, economics of the industry/market u entering like competitors, size of the market and barriers. Marketing mix: Product, Price, Place, Promotion. ur strategy : ' Why will customers comes to you and buy instead of going to competitors ? ''

There are some programs like Business in a box, which contains a big Business Plan full of instructions

Go to some small business advice websites or any large banks and they will have a business plan template to download.
