selling stuff on ebay?

hi there!
im new to ebay and a couple of days ago I put my laptop up for sale. The same day someone bought it but then later that day ebay mailed me saying that this person was not a member and was trying to scam me. They also said that they've made it easier for me to relist it.
So I tried relisting it and cause im a new member I have to wait thirty days!
is there a way I can go around that so I can sell it faster?
its like im suffering cause a stranger tried stealing from me, its really put me off ebay.
Any help would be great, thanks!

Sell your laptop on local classifieds site, meet them in person, get paid on spot and get rid of your used laptop.

You can use craigslist.com, ezybits.com, kijiji.com or other classifieds to post your ad.

These are all free sites so you won't have to pay anything to your sell your stuff.
