how much ping should i have to play cod on ps4?

i have got a ping of 266ms and download speed of 0.50mbps and upload of 0.39 now a days whether is not good in my area so my net sped is like 1mb or 1.5 in good weather i play a lot of cod ghosts and bo2 on my ps3 but sometimes it works fine and i could kill anyone in about 4 bullets but when it lags i teleport and it is very tough to kill someone i have to spend a whole mag to kill someone so if you can help ,me that how much ping and speed do i need to play with good connection
