Facebook App for Blackberry help?

My friend recently showed me her newly updated facebook on her blackberry, that now enables chat and overall looks very different to the old mobile version. I knew I had an update pending, so I updated, but I didn't get the update she did-mine looks no different and I have no facebook chat. It looks the same as it did before I update.

Is there a way I can update my facebook for blackberry app, to get the extra feautres etc?
