Is this a low amount of subscribers?
So I started my Youtube account in March (9 months ago) and made constant videos every weekend.
I do Makeup tutorials and beauty videos.
My channel name is easy to remember, no numbers or symbols and contains my name and 'beauty' in it.
So my total amount of subscribers is 28.
I use a decent camera (you can go up to 720p on Youtube)
I do not ramble in Videos. My lighting is good. I always sit infront of a window.
I deleted alot of my videos because I didnt want more videos than my subscribers. Should I have done this?
I use high makeup brands (MAC, Benefit Etc..) and various brushes.
I have personality in my videos and made a video talking about my likes/dislikes.
What else should I do? Oh and I also edit my videos (fast Forward/Cut out bits, etc)
Also my total views amount is 5,500

No that is a low amount of subscribers. I made a tech channel and had 30 in 1 day...It is hard to build an audience. You just have to produce videos and hope that people will watch them.

Be sure you gave a reasonably lengthy description, look up what people are actually searching with the Google keyword tool.

Get more viewer opinions. something is wrong?

I would think if you keep doing what you are doing that number will get way higher. Being consistent is the key. You will get that one video that is popular and it will help you out a lot.
