Making a Paypal claim due to Spotify automatically charging me for a month?
I got a free 30 day trial of Spotify and forgot to cancel it and I got automatically charged for another month and I didn't have enough money in my bank account so I got charged an overdraft fee. I thought I had overdraft fee protection, but I guess it didn't cover this kind of transaction (I already contacted the bank). I was told by the bank that I should file a claim to see if I could get a refund and then they would cancel the overdraft fee, but I don't know if spotify would give me a refund and I don't exactly know how to file such claim.
Has anyone ever filed a claim due to an automatic payment? Anything would help.
Thanks.

That's what I hate about auto pay, problems like the one you have a very common. It's not paypal fault or Spotify. It's all you.So you need to contact Spotify and tell them you made a mistake and see if they will help you out.If you would have canceled before the date they took the money, you would get a refund but now you just have to hope they will let you off the hook and refund the money.I had a problem when I cancel payment for a auto pay account I had with Kasier. They still took it,but I had the record of the date I canceled so I got my money back.
