How to upgrade my internet?

I play PC games, mostly DayZ. My internet gets so bad, that 70% of the time, I can't put any items into my inventory, I can't jump, I can't open doors, etc.. How do I upgrade my internet? Who do I call and what do I ask? Thanks!

There are 4 factors that will determine your ability to play online games.

1. The speed of your CPU on your computer. You should have at least a 2 gigahertz processor.
2. is your graphics card. You should have a high end graphics card to process the images.
3. is RAM you should have at least 4 gig of RAM for online games.
4. The highest internet speed you can get. Call your internet service provider and see what your current speed is and if you can get an upgrade to a higher speed.

If any of these 4 things are lacking you might have problems playing games because any and/or all of these problems can cause lag.
