Try the following:

1) Get some real friends, or get your real friends to make a Twitter

2) Stop caring about how "popular" it will make you if you have followers, because it doesn't affect your real life at all, and is essentially a waste of time. You could be out doing awesome things with your real friends, or, better yet, studying/learning so that you'll have a bright future.
