If you sell something on an online store, such as etsy or store envy, could the buyer know your address?

Typically not until they receive the package with a return address. Fraud is a big problem in internet marketing, do try to be as open and transparent as possible. Some Ebay/Amazon sellers use drop shipping services that ship out of their own warehouses using plain packaging that doesn't reveal the actual source.
