Is Dorrance Publishing a scam?

I sent a submission from this website and got an email back saying that they want to publish my book. I started doing research on the Publishing House and when I type in, "Dorrance Publishing" the word 'Scam' comes up after the publishing house's name. I've read a bunch of things about the publishing house, but I want to ask anyway.
Is Dorrance Publishing a scam???

Some companies call it "vanity publishing" because they charge you to print your own book and you sell it yourself. You usually do not sell enough to cover the cost of publishing. Some people are so keen to see their book published that they pay up.
In a sense it is not a scam as they do what you pay them for i.e. they print the book. However you earn nothing.
