Cannot connect to the internet?

I was skyping with some friends and playing minecraft but my skype stopped working and a few other things that required the internet. I restarted my computer to see if that would work, although instead of fixing anything it made it so i cannot connect to the internet at all. I do not know how to fix it. We still have internet and it shows on my computer but i still cannot even though i can connect to the internet on my phone, my brother's phone, and his laptop. I do not know how to fix it, and if anyone here knows how, i would love some help. Please and thank you!

Factory reset everthing. Save all yor files in a usb drive flash drive.
