It's a telemarketing job where you call people to get them to go to a "private" store where they will be subjected to a very high pressure sales pitch.

It seems legit, they have had that website address for 5 years, the address given on their site has a very large building.

Cold calling is not a particularly pleasant experience, it could be a skin thickening, character building experience. Assume you will get no employee benefits and will be acting as an independent contractor, meaning your will also have to chip in an extra 15% self employment tax in pace of an employer contribution to social security,

The national don't call list is supposed to block cold calls to some phone numbers, your employer would actually have to pay the government $60 per zip code for a copy of this list in order to conform. People you cal will no doubt inform you if you were violating that list.
