So we rushed into dating and it only lasted two weeks. She wasn't ready for a relationship because she just got out of a long one. Then she went to another guy right after me. She wanted to stay friends with me. She blocked me from Facebook and Instagram. Why did she block me if she wanted to stay friends? Does this mean she still likes me and is hiding the feelings?

if it was a longer relationship, maybe, in the end, she couldn't handle the pressure of being friends. but, as you said, she was not even ready for you and it was only two weeks, she has another already. move on too
