That's a good question. But I would think that they wouldn't be allowed to use it even if they had one. They don't allow prisoners to call anyone (except for one time), and Facebook would just be another way to communicate with people.

no. my dad works at a prison and he told me they can't have computer access, but some do have facebook pages because they tell their relatives on the phone or at visitation what to say on the page haha

No , they are not allowed i suppose , However they can post and see notifications once a week
