Help with paypal troubles!?

When I was online shopping the other day, I tried to pay with my paypal account however the order wouldnt process therefore, failed to complete so I ended up paying with a family members visa card.
Everything went fine as normal until later on when I log into my paypal account and see that a transcation is pending from the same company for the same amount!

I tried to remove my card from the account but it wont let me, because I still have a transcation pending.

If I close down my paypal account, will it cancel the trnascation, as well as remove my card?

email the customer support for the company/site you order off of.

tell them your order number, and say you paid with paypal which failed to go through so paid with a visa card, but the paypal payment is still pending,

they will sort it out for you.

have you tried looking in the paypal history to see if you can cancel the payment?
