I need some help with AdWords billing?

I am setting up AdWords for one of my youtube channels to promote a video. Everything is going well, but when I get to "Enter Billing Information", for some reason this message is displayed on the page: "Requests to the server have been blocked by an extension." Is this a webpage problem or a problem with my account? I've tried several things: logging out of all other accounts/pages, refreshing, etc. Any help or advice? Thanks.

Seems that you had installed some browser plugin or extension that didn't allow page to be loaded. Try to disable popup blocker, ads blocker and other softwares temporary to continue. Or try other browser and on other computer.

Check that do you use any Ad blocking software such as AdblockPlus.
