ebay, seller hasnt received payment yet?

im not very good with ebay but ive ordered a few things and if you have also then you might have also gotten this problem once before. basically when i go to purchase history, two items i bought arent there. and when i go to order details its says above it, "this seller hasnt received payment yet". i contacted the seller buts hes taking forever and maybe i could come here to resolve it
