Fastest way would be to break it up into ~1GB archives and transfer them via FTP. This way you can get some rest, you don't have to start from scratch if the internet cuts out. You could also probably make a seed out of it and torrent it.

It will take a little over three days (assuming optimal conditions, which you are unlikely to get).

Your choice of software won't make any significance to the speed. I would use rsync so that I could resume the transfer if it failed for any reason.

I've used the link in my source a few times to send large files (it claims it can go up to 100GB and doesn't say anything about charging, so hopefully it will be free). It'll take you about 100 hours at a solid speed of 3MBPS, which is just over 4 days.

EDIT: Completely forgot about breaking the files up and transferring them via FTP as Ultima said. Much better option for you.

Use Mega.co.nz

It offers 50GB of online encrypted cloud storage free.
You can expand it but if you need to upload a file over that, you probably can because they will let you as long as you either delete or upgrade the storage size really soon.

To use mega you will need GOOGLE CHROME
It's one of only a small number of browsers that can handle such amounts of data.

For an upload speed of 3MBS

100GB will take :

100 000 MB / 3 = 33333.33333333333333

I don't know if this is right:

May take

33333.33333333333333 seconds = 9.2592593 hours

or could be

33333.33333333333333 minutes = 23.148148 days

I am not sure about the math exactly but this is assuming your internet connection has a constant speed of 3mbs with no delay etc.
I am not that great at math but I can tell you it will take a while.

I can guarantee that this will take a very long time.

Quoted directly from mega:
"MEGA provides robust cloud storage with convenient and powerful always-on privacy. MEGA believes in your right to privacy and provides you with the technology tools to protect it. We call it User Controlled Encryption, or UCE, and it happens automatically.

All files stored on MEGA are encrypted. All data transfers from and to MEGA are encrypted. And while most cloud storage providers can and do claim the same, MEGA is different – unlike the industry norm where the cloud storage provider holds the decryption key, with MEGA, you control the encryption, you hold the keys, and you decide who you grant or deny access to your files, without requiring any risky software installs. It’s all happening in your web browser!

The MEGA cloud is just the beginning. In the future, MEGA will provide UCE in your browser for a wide range of applications without the need to install anything. Our technology will protect your emails, calls, chats and video streams.

MEGA provides tools that make private and confidential online communication easy to use."

Mega is also not part of the PRISM program that Edward Snowden leaked/announced earlier this year.

you could create a torrent using bit torrent and email the person the torrent which they can download whilst you are seeding it. This may take even longer though depending on so many things.

I don't think uploading 100 GB to another PC is a great idea, because when it's uploaded, you have to re-download it into the other PC. So... it will be a double work.

Why don't you save it into an external hard drive that would most probably cost you $50-$100 and send it to the person you are sending your 100GB to.

Before you start you should read the small print in the agreement you have with your ISP. If you are uploading a 100GB file they are likely to throttle your connection speed right back to a slow crawl so you are not disrupting the connections of other users on the network.
