How do you bid on a keyword in google that has no Avg CPC listed?
I am using google keyword planner to find low cost keywords to pay for a campaign. Some of these keywords do not have a cost associated with them. When I place a bid I do not key any forecast traffic. Does that mean my bid won't go through?
