Still visible after I deleted my WhatsApp account?
I've deleted my WhatsApp account according to the official instructions.
Unfortunately I'm still visible to my friends and they can still send me messages. But with a deleted account that shouldn't be the case at least in my opinion. I've already contacted WhatsApp's support but to no avail. Until now I haven't gotten a response. Do you know what I could do about this issue? Have you already experienced such a problem yourself? Read the last line on the official WhatsApp page
"Please note that we cannot delete your account for you at this time." It means at least for some time there is no way to permanently delete your WhatsApp account. If you have already followed the procedure then you can just leave it and hope for the WhatsApp team to again enable the permanently delete feature. |
