Should I leave Bell, and go with rogers?

My entire family is getting sick and tired of bell's internet, when I am playing on the PS, the internet would go jack up and I end up leaving the match. Other times when I am on youtube, the quality would be 144p, which is so bad I could barley watch anything, when I try switching the quality the video would freezes and sometimes the entire internet would stop working for a minute or so. I called Bell and asked them to switch me to high speed internet, unfortunately they will charge me $100 for it. I tried contacting Rogers, seeing if their prices are any good, it actually is, extreme or something like that with high speed internet with home phone and cable all less then $100. But the thing is that my mom is telling me Rogers is no good, and other people are telling me that they are good. So what should I do, switch to Rogers, or stick with Bell?

I feel your pain with Bell. Ours cuts out all the time, it's very unreliable. But honestly I would never in my life switch to Rogers. I've had cell phones with them and I've had friends that have been with them. They're terrible. Bad customer service, they're very sneaky with their fees and conditions. Don't do it!

Is there any local service providers in your area/city that you could look into?
