I got an e-mail from info8712@embarqmail.com, what is it?

I got an empty e-mail from info8712@embarqmail.com, its subject says "Re: We ve been trying to reach you today Wed, 29 Jan 2014‏" and it is for Admin Admin (infoo4445@gmail.com), although that is *not* my address!

I think that is a spam mail. But there are a mailing server called embarqmail.com life gmail.com o yahoo.com . It is not so famous until now . But it is also a good service provider. You can use it for your personal use. The security is advanced one.
