Will my SEO decrease if I use dash in my domain name?

I want to use dash in my domain. Something lik 'first name-second name.com'. will it affect my seo? will it decrease my rank in google?

no, no matter if your domain has Dash or not, search engine ranking will not decrease or increase
just your constant should be relevant with your title. as Google webmaster guide line domain name also be relevant to constant but it's effect only about 2% search engine raking.
