The Posts on Craigslist?
So ive been replying to a lot of craigslist posts and i never get a reply back? What is going on? are they scams or something? I check my email and check in my "sent box" i see the email has been sent to the post but they never reply back? this is crazy, I'm confused....
I know it takes long to respond but I've been waiting for months so I don't know...

Sometime it can take longer to reply than you want it too. Especially on Sunday when ppl make it a point to do something else besides sit here all day. There are scammers out there and if your very serious about what you want, your language in itself can be a deterrent. They will know your smart & will see through their scam. Thus they won't respond.

It really depends what type of posts you're responding to. If they are "for sale" posts, then people often respond very quickly and you may just have been too late. If they're for job openings, the company may receive hundreds and not be responding to candidates that aren't a perfect fit.

What sort of posts? As already mentioned if it's something for sale the seller will usually only respond to the first person who contacted him or her and sell to them. If it's an apartment for rent, they will usually only contact the first few people who responded. If it's for a job, they might only contact a few candidates for an interview. Years ago I advertised a retail position and we had over 250 people apply within the first 48 hours and could not respond to all of them, we only contacted the 5 people we wanted to interview
