Question about selling?

So Im selling an item on craigslist and im closing a deal with one guy but he doesnt know wether or not he can meet me somewhere tomorrow yet. But the deal is coming to a close and we both said we'd trade. So then another customer emails me if the item is still for sale. Do I say yes or no? Because technically it is still for sale but im closing a deal. What if it falls through? What do I tell him?

To be honest tell the second person it may be spoken for but it may become available in 2 days. You have a 'bird in hand' don't grab for another and end up with no buyers.
