Start a Facebook page. Keep it informative; maybe with a Bible verse of the day, maybe include links to sites of where to find holders for tombstone flowers; just anything you think customers would like to know or need to know. Good-writing pens (as giveaways) are worth their weight in gold; the junk they sell in the office stores is leaky and atrocious. Another - cheap - giveaway idea - bookmarks. Can be beautifully designed, placed in the family Bible, etc. You might also consider advertising on the radio; especially stations that play music geared to older audiences. Good luck!

Buy advertising in local newspapers. Those papers will reach the readers in your local community who are likely to require your services. Buy a series of advertisements - they are cheaper the more space you buy, and there is no point in just running one advertisement - the cumulative effect of seeing the ad is what attracts customers.

Large format banners and custom banner printing is a great way to advertise. Use portable banner stands to keep the banners up and noticeable. For more information, visit http://www.megaformat.net.
