How do I make a Facebook Page on my iPod, or how do I upload pictures from my iPod to my computer?

I want to make a Facebook Page on my iPod advertising a restaurant I recently went to, and I don't know how.
I need to make it on my iPod because the pictures I have are on there, not on my computer.
If this is impossible, is there any way to upload pictures from an iPod onto a computer?

To upload pictures from an iPod to a computer, you use the same cable you use to charge the iPod.

Make the facebook page on the computer an upload the photos off your ipod....to do this you need the facebook app!
