Can I keep an Item that a bidder has won but hasn't paid for or completed checkout yet on eBay?
I have an Item that I listed 5 days ago in the Auction format.

The item ended yesterday and the buyer has neither completed Checkout or Paid.

Is it possible I could end the listing or keep the item at this point?

Thanks
How would I notify the buyer and eBay?

Because the Auction is over and someone has won the item there is no "End listing" option.

Yes - but you have to give them time to pay and if you don't, you stand the chance of getting a negative. Your choice really.

If you don't receive payment, you can open an unpaid item case in the Resolution Center as soon as 2 full days after the listing ends. For example, if the listing ends on October 5 at 11:15 am, you can open a case on October 7 at 11:15 am.

You can open a case up to 32 days after the listing has ended.

The buyer has up to 4 days to send a payment once the case is opened. During this time the buyer can also contact you to request a payment extension or to make other arrangements.

Yesterday? Give him a chance!

Maybe he's not on his computer today or at all weekends if he uses a work computer!
