Using Wikipedia Categories for forum categories??? EASY 10 points?

I want to use the categories that Wikipedia uses to organize their topic information. For example, the different categories, and sub-categories, on the biology page. Is this content, way of organizing, under copyright laws?

You can freely use the methodology used by Wikipedia. It is a logical way to make an index and it can't be copyrighted. Copyright laws might protect the software designed to do it.
