Good screen recorder no admin rights or watermarks?

I want a screen recorder that doesn't need admin rights. I have a tried screencast-o-matic and screenr. They suck. Don't say camtasia portable either. So basically I want a screen recorder that doesn't need admin rights for me to download and install or a web based one.

All the good ones need admin access so they can detect and record just an OpenGL or DirectX window (ie a game window only, instead of your whole screen).

So you either have the option of a good one that requires admin rights, or a bad one which doesn't.
