Go to adobe's site and download the latest Flash player. You can also delete Firefox and get the newest version (26, or the beta version of 27) or get Chrome or Internet Explorer 10/11 if you're on a PC.

Download the Flash Player uninstaller..
  Uninstaller — http://download.macromedia.com/get/flash...player.exe Download the installer for non-IE browsers.   Installer for Firefox, Safari, and Opera — http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flash...player.exe Close all Web browser windows, and run the uninstaller, then run the installer.. Note that each program must be run as Administrator. If you have a 64-bit version of Windows, both 32-bit and 64-bit Flash Player versions will install. |
