linkedin contact info?

Someone gave linkedin my email address and I am afraid they will share it with other sites.Is there a way to contact them and have them delete my email from their list? I can not unsubscribe from their mailings since I never joined,they want me to put in my password and i never had one.I already told the business( realestate guy) he had no right giving my personal email to any other business or sites,which I use only for personal business,so far spam free emails.I looked and see no way to contact them,how can a co have no way to contact them ?Thanks!

Don't know what he means by gave your email to "linked in"
They won't use it, they are reputable, to sign in they have disclaimers - you can try register with them to then contact them and then unregister just to confirm this.
