Youtube is video posting website. You cannot add classified here. Yes you can write anything inside the video and upload it in youtube. If the video will not violates the youtube guidelines then it will be stay there.

There are 3 ways to post ads on YouTube.

1) If you want to post text ads on YouTube, you will have to create a Google Adwords Account. While setting up your ad campaign with Google Adwords, make sure to check the "Google Partnership" radio button so that your ads can show up in all of Google's partners such as YouTube.

2) Another type of ads on YouTube is Promoted Video. This means you will have to create a video and pay a certain amount to get your video promoted. When people search for videos, your video will appear first with "Promoted Video" next to it.

3) The third way of advertising on YouTube is have your ads show up before people get to view the videos. For example, someone want to watch a video so they click on it, before viewing the video, they will see your ad first. You can't able to post ads in youtube video as it is owned by adsense. You can place a link in thedescription so you will get traffic to your site.
