Tumblr not working...?

there are some links on my tumblr that i deleted or at least tried to. tumblr always says "link not found" but it was deleted anyway from my customize panel. but they're still on my blog and kind of screwy too. i went back to customize and the links were there again. i tried to delete it and the same thing happens over and over again.
also, my ask box was duplicated. how do i delete the copy?
