I sent nudes at fifteen... help?

Okay, basically I'm just paranoid right now. I sent nudes at fifteen and I'm afraid that they'll get leaked?

I'm just wondering since I was fifteen at the time but now I'm past the time I'm a child if they DO get leaked can I take them to court on the basis of child pornography? Would it still count even though I'm over the age of a child now?

Hiya, if I were you ask the person who has them to delete them and warn them if they do not and they get leaked out by them they could be in trouble for Child Pornography. It doesn't matter how old you are now it matters when the photos were taken.

Also as a hint for life as Judge Judy would say "Never take photos you wouldnt be ok to show your Grandma"

I understand what she's saying though. Next time, you might want to think twice about what you send. At school they always say to us: " Don't share anything you wouldnt share with your parents or wouldnt want your parents to see. But I think you'll be alrite.
