How to restore taskbar when IE is open?
My daughter pressed a whole slew of buttons on my keyboard yesterday (on the lefthand side) and suddenly both my address bar and taskbar disappeared off the screen. I was able to restore the address bar, but the only way for me to access my taskbar is to press the "window" key.

When Internet Explorer is closed, the taskbar is in its place at the bottom of the desktop screen. Only when I open IE does the taskbar disappear. I also can't access it by pointing my mouse at the bottom of the screen--only via the "window" key.

I have tried various options from the taskbar settings menu and none is giving me the desired result. Any help?

Its appears like u are in full Screen. Just press F11 for exiting full screen while Internet Explorer is opened. Hope this helps Smile

First thing, what operating system are you running? Also I would agree with Lonely, it sounds like you are just in full screen mode. Also just a small side note, try Google Chrome or Firefox, I personally prefer Chrome but I have found both browsers to be much, much faster and generally better than IE.
