How can I find affiliates to market my e-book?
I think I have a great product, but I don't consider myself a great salesman. I can send you a copy for free. I'm max.integrity@yahoo.com.

I will not pay money up front.

Market your e-book through Amazon and Smashwords.

In my opinion Clickbank and Lulu are the best places to market your e-book.

There are many ways in which you can market your ebook on your own. I have years of professional experience doing just this and successful books on Amazon. I have never paid anyone to do marketing for me. I hope this helps and I'll add some helpful links in the sources area. You didn't mention what resources you are using for self-publishing so I'll assume Amazon or Smashwords type formats for my example.

Get those books uploaded and once you do. Keep an eye out in every available venue for mentions that will give you the chance to share your book. Many ways to do this include:

Setting up Google alerts for mentions of your book specifically, or topics highly relevant that you, yourself can head to and build your own marketing by commenting, creating backlinks and other methods of various marketing strategies that will likely include a mix of digital branding, SEO, SMM and perhaps even some guest blogging/reviewing yourself.

Use classified ad sites. You'd be surprised how many people are using those, and effectively, these days to advertise indy reads and tunes.

Really, there are so many ways to market yourself and I'd guess at the stage your book is at, if it is in its beginning of the published stage, you likely could dedicate 3 or 4 hours a week and get hundreds if not thousands of your own marketing done.

Regardless, I'll leave some of my favorite resources as well as my personal business page. Feel free to contact me in one of the many available ways there if you can just use some advice. I always give that away for free. Read these links though! The one about marketing your homegrown talents may speak as if it is talking about a product, knitting and such things mentioned, however, every bit of that applies to marketing oneself as well. Best of luck!

Also, I'd be glad to read it and review it for you. Those reviews will matter a lot very soon.
