First of all, you must be a member in facebook to create a facebook page.So sign up.

Else in the 'search' field, type as 'pages'. Your dropdown list will show 'Facebook Pages'.Click that.
Then you can click 'create page' and following the instuctions, you can build a facebook page.

Try to make the theme of the page more attractive by giving catchy titles.
Make sure that the theme of the page is a sought after one-money or Popular actor or some such thing.

Then people will surely visit your facebook page.
