Why can't I view my purchase history on thesims3.com?
okay for those of you who have a sims 3 account or can help me any at all. I know you have to sign in again when you go to view your purchase history or anything on your store account. so I've typed in the correct email address & password in the little box that pops up and asks you to sign in again. but it won't go away, it just keeps showing the little loading icon. I know this is pretty vague, but could anyone tell me why it's dying this & how to fix it?

Check your internet connection and try again. If this doesn't work, try clearing your cache. If this still doesn't work, try using a different internet browser.
