Is Bing going out of business or something?
The way they advertise Bing is suppose to be some better fancy version of Google and it just doesn't work at all for me. The search engine sends me to very strange websites I never even heard of and have nothing to do with what I typed in. The translator is the worst of all. I typed in konnichiwa which means Hello something very obvious right. こんにちわ。It translated to "This Time Elo." what? What's going on with Bing?

BING is out classing Google on many fronts - its results have been shown to have higher relevance overall than Google, and the responses are faster - too bad you are having issues
