Preparing for an over the phone interview with bt?
I've got an interview an over the phone one, I'm nervous as I've never had one over the phone. I'm just wondering what questions they might ask me and stuff and how should I prepare.

They want to hear your voice. Which type of accent you have, if you speak clearly with no hesitation. Qs are a sideline.
