How to make an advanced search engine easily?
Hello,
I am interested to know how I can build an advanced search engine just like google, yahoo or bing easily. I am not interested in using Google Custom Search Engines because I believe this is not particularly advanced - also I would like to connect my search engine to my other websites; which is similar to yahoo as it has its search engine, news page, mail etc all as one network. How can I do this?

Also how can I provide my own e-mail service like google and yahoo? I know this is a very difficult project, but I am very interested to see if I could have any success and earn some money!

Any ideas? Any help is much appreciated - and please only mature answers.

Thank you so much.
I do not quite understand how to do this - plese could someone give me a detailed, but simple step - to - step guide on how to do this.

Thank you.

Nice to have ambition ..

In 2011 Google had just on 900,000 Servers ... they now have over one million ... Yahoo, however, has less than 200,000 ..

Hard to estimate how many servers MS dedicates to Bing, however i would say it's "less than 100,000" ../

So there you are - to build a 'search' system 'better then' Google/Yahoo or Bing, I suggest you start with more than a MILLION servers ...

On the other hand, why not write your own code to use the public API of what already exists ? (see second link) = you can then use Bing to do the actual 'search' whilst you own clever code 'filters' the results to your own requirements ..
