Your a bit vague as to what they are to reply to. A blog commonly uses article comments to gauge user interest, comment rates are relatively small, it's best to use tracking software to track the number of visitors, statcounter.com provides a decent number of stats on their control panel, most people use the invisible counter code rather than an old fashioned count display.

No replies or no traffic?

If you have site traffic but nobody is "replying" your call to action is probably weak, OR your traffic is irrelevant to what you are promoting/selling on your website.

StatCounter stats are somewhat useless - I suggest installing Google Analytics for better tracking stats and user information.

If your site just has no traffic, is it new or established? New sites take time to get rankings. Consider proper SEO (on and off site) Social media interactions, and intensive and regular on site content development.

More details on your question would help with a better fine-tuned answer.

Not sure what your objective is.
Having a website doesn't mean it will be seen by anyone.
There is a lot involved with getting visitors to your website.
More importantly, visitors that are looking for what you have to offer.
