Delete and add again someone on Facebook?

So i was friends with a guy ( he has a lot of friends) and he was posting all time and i deleted him.
I only have talked to him 2 years ago and we weren't friends in real life. I deleted him before 3 months.

-Is it weird if i add him again??
-What whould you think if someone (whom you didn't have anything personal) deleted you and then added you again on facebook??

I don't let people re-add me. If they unfriend me... that's good enough for me.

A better way of handling 'friends' who post too much is to click the arrow at the top corner of their post, and tell FB that you don't want to see posts like that.... maybe next time?

My beef was always those games that auto-post... I block those, but if my 'friends' have any real posts... I want to see them.

I think there is too much random friending going on... When someone sends a request... I check their posts, their pictures... and verify whether I want that stuff showing up in my news feed... I often let those requests pile up...
