Best place to submit ideas for a new product idea/inventions?
Just wondering the best place to submit a idea for a new product to be invented or designed or developed to market? Places that won't steal your idea and not pay you!
This would be a product mostly targeted to home use, and easily installed device or unit for what it would be designed and used for!

heavily depends on the kind of product for all the platforms i know: i don't know of 1 place for any new idea/invention because theres often a distinction between digital inventions and tangible products.
you could try to google for 'incubator forums'

if you idea is so good, then write all your thoughts along with any drawings, how it works etc---just everything on several sheets of paper, sign and date every page, place them in an envelope, take it to a post office not in your neighborhood and mail it to your home as a certified letter.

when it arrives, never open it. place it and the receipt in a safe place.

now you can talk to whomever you want and be somewhat protected.

Typically you would have to invest some of your own funds to get it started.

There was a PBS profile on Quirky.com a "crowd sourcing product inception" site. There are some 400k free members, and a $10 submission fee to have an idea evaluated, the program featured a flexible power strip that accommodates a mix of wall warts, some inventor royalties have amounted to $600,000.

There are plenty of inventor assistance services out there, that somewhat like some so called talent agencies will take on all candidates no matter how impractical the idea or untalented the artist.
You can expect some to front load the costs so they get their money regardless of the outcome, they are required to display a disclaimer reminding you that most inventions fail.

Really in too many cases, as professional inventors will tell you, a good idea alone is worth pocket change, and only valuable to it's conceiver until working prototypes can be demonstrated.

Some invention service related links I had:
