How can I start a social website for cheap and or free?
I am looking to start a social website, where people can sign up and give a description of themselves. I am looking for info. on where t sign up,what website can host. I am looking for a website that will let me add my full name as my url, I don't want to have a DOT then their hosting site. Any instructions on how to begin, tips and any other useful advice will be great thanks !!!
