Internet router question?
I have a Cisco router and I had a username/password setup for it and used it for a few months now I don't need the router anymore so I would like to give it to a family member to use for their internet my question is will I be able just to hook it up to the internet modem and it will work right away or Will I have to go through the whole setting up process again??

Of course you will need to do it all again, your user name will not work on their subscribed connection.

There is a reset button at the back ot the router a little pin hole stick a pin in it while it's switch on for 10 seconds, that will reset the router to factory setting. then turn the modem off, plug router into the modem plug the computer(s) in to the router switch them all, on everything should work fine.
