my laptop acting funny?

As I am trying to switch on my laptop, it isn't opening ,instead the caps lock and num lock keys are blinking simultaneously. What is wrong with my laptop and how do I open it. Pls help.

It sounds like your computer is giving you some LED error codes. Typically, the manufacture would have a list of what each of these error codes are. At this time, we're missing some pieces of information that can greatly help out determining what is likely wrong with your computer and what you need to do next to get it repaired.

We need to know the brand of the laptop.
We need to know the model of the laptop.
And lastly, when you turn your laptop on and the caps lock and num lock LEDs start to blink, you need to count how many times they blink in succession before they briefly stop and repeat.

Once we have all of that information, then we can figure out what is likely wrong with your computer from the error code that it's currently giving you.
