First option:
Go to your email that you used to create your facebook account. Use the "search inbox" tool and search "Facebook" and see if you can find the first email you recieved from facebook which should have your account information.

Second option:
1. Go to facebook login page.
2. there will be a link that says "Forgot password" or "trouble logging in?" or something like that. Click on it.
3. You will have to enter your email that you used to sign up for facebook. Or on some websites, you will be able to get in by answering security questions that you set up when you first opened your account.

You can then change your account password.
