Why can't i use yelp?

When i try to use yelp it says "Sorry, you're not allowed to access this page" Why does this say this and how can i stop it? Thanks

Good. You shouldn't be using Yelp anyway. Nobody should.

Check your IP address (http://www.whatismyip.com/)
In my case I was using a proxy that made it look like I was in India and Yelp apparently blocks India.
I had set up a proxy in my browser while I was China and forgot to turn it off.
